I'm Serge Osaulenko, broker and owner of Everlane Realty in downtown St. Petersburg — licensed since 2017, running my own brokerage since 2020 (FL BK3384892).
Before real estate I studied it — degrees in Real Estate and Finance from Florida State — then spent fourteen years building and selling a restaurant business. That's where I learned what a contract really is: the place deals quietly succeed or fail. Reading them closely is still my favorite part of the job.
I work where I live — from the Pink Streets at Pinellas Point north through St. Pete and up the coast toward Clearwater. I speak English and Russian. Ask me the messy version of your situation; I'll make it clear.
